10 Wrestlers Who Were Hated By The Locker Room

9. Nia Jax

In her appearance on The Sessions with Renee Paquette, Nia Jax expressed her sadness that people thought of her as an unsafe worker.

Perhaps if she didn't treat Kairi Sane's head as a door she had slammed shut in a huff, those people might have been a bit nicer. She drew venomous heat for that; per Bryan Alvarez, one source called for head.

The stark truth is that Jax frequently endangered her opponents because, even after a few years on the rep loop, she never did grasp the most basic tenet of the craft: protecting one's opponent is the priority. A far better shoot fighter than pro wrestler, Jax, variously: concussed Becky Lynch and broke her nose; injured Bayley's shoulder; and knocked Mandy Rose, Zelina Vega and Ember Moon loopy. The latter's husband spoke up on behalf of the locker room, tweeting "Hope this unsafe moron doesn't hurt my wife again".

Christ, it's wonder she "trusts her own immune system". She has the strength of 10, and no idea how to control it.

Critics did go in two-footed, but then, so did she: in the other most infamous example of what effectively became a personality trait, in one 2017 match against Charlotte Flair, she managed to drop her on her head and fail to catch a moonsault.

The two women (barely) worked another disastrous RAW outing in 2022. After some egregious no-selling and miscommunications, neither woman wished to cooperate, but they knew they couldn't shoot, either, resulting in an incredibly awkward experience.

This time, however, Jax didn't catch the heat...
