10 Wrestlers Who Were Kicked Out Of The Locker Room

Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn weren't just turfed out of the WWE locker room after several bouts of "bad" behaviour in late 2017 - they were sent home across an ocean.

The news even generated a bit of mainstream coverage, sort of. Sports Illustrated were first to report that the pair's decision not to follow a directive on a Manchester SmackDown taping was one of several strange transgressions. Alleged to have been "going into business for themselves", the pair retreated to the back after a match instead of returning to the ring to take a planned kicking from The New Day.

After the show was broadcast (with the unplanned segment airing in full) Vince McMahon himself signed off on the decision to remove them from the remainder of the United Kingdom tour, triggering some discussion that the entire thing was actually part of an anti-authority storyline the duo were working at the time.

The pair's marginalisation on the Survivor Series card weeks later and humbling handicap loss to AJ Styles shortly afterwards appeared to confirm that none of the awkwardness had been a work.
