10 Wrestlers Who Were Recklessly Dangerous

6. Mr Kennedy

Reputation goes a long way in WWE, but a bad one goes even further in the opposite direction. This and other unfortunate acts brought Mr Kennedy's tenure to an unexpectedly premature conclusion when one blown spot too many saw him sacked just days after a 2009 return.

Randy Orton stopped inches short of punching a babyface Kennedy in the head during their 25 May Raw scuffle after a back suplex gone wrong threatened to aggravate the collarbone injury he'd suffered a year earlier. That Kennedy too has just returned from a lengthy stint on the bench didn't help his cause - there was an internal logic that if he couldn't be trusted with his own body, how could he be with somebody else's?

It unfortunately wasn't an isolated incident. Two years prior, Kennedy had been the man opposite John Cena when 'The Champ' tore his right pectoral muscle just over a minute in to their Monday Night Raw main event. It forced the surrender of a WWE Title reign that had at that point reached 380 days. Kennedy hadn't been back long from injuries and suspensions when that knock occurred too, even though he wasn't entirely at fault. It's sometimes better to be lucky than good in WWE. For periods too long to tolerate, Kennedy was neither.
