10 Wrestlers Whose Stock Has Risen In 2019

4. Bray Wyatt

It won't be creepier than the one Bray Wyatt's new mask wears, that's for sure.

Bray has a lot to smile about these days. Last year, he was stuck in an unwanted tag-team with fellow straggler Matt Hardy and still playing the tired 'Eater Of Worlds' gimmick. It was convincing nobody, least of all Wyatt. At times, he looked like he'd rather be literally anywhere else than standing there applauding opponents with his 'Woken' pal.

Some old-school vignettes began airing in April, and they got the internet talking. Bray's 'Firefly Fun House' had over-the-top feigned innocence aplenty, not to mention special effects created by the same folks (Tom Savini Studios) who brought you some of horror's biggest classics. Wyatt's talk of 'Hurt' and 'Heal', along with nightmarish snapshots of his new look, worked a treat.

Since bringing the character to live action, Bray has mauled Finn Bálor and left Mick Foley laying with the legend's own Mandible Claw. It's an encouraging start to his next chapter, and it means his stock is finally on the rise again.
