10 Wrestlers With The Most Breakout Star Potential Right Now

2. Roxanne Perez

Paige VanZant
ROH

Astonishingly, the one women's wrestler who instantly settled into life on NXT 2.0 with eye-catching poise was an established talent who earned the position by getting over in a different, established company: Roxanne Perez, the former Rok-C.

A wrestler's appeal is more than can be condensed into a single GIF, but just look at this incredible GIF.

Most wrestlers struggle to execute a suicide dive that looks like an impact move when they are directing it towards one opponent with only the ropes acting as an obstacle. Perez is such a gifted and prodigious wrestler that she with unreal accuracy controls her body to burst through Wendy Choo's legs and the middle and bottom ropes, which had formed a very tight tunnel of sorts, and the speed was impressive enough before you consider that she has to adjust her arms and hit a convincing clothesline on two wrestlers.

Agile, pacy, hugely likeable, and boasting an ability to tie her opponents up in knots with a frenzied mat game, Perez will doubtlessly endure rubbish "It was her dream, Pat! SHE DREAMT OF THIS WHEN SHE WAS YOUNG, SHE TOLD ME THIS EARLIER TODAY!" squawking from Michael Cole at some point, but you can't imagine resenting her for it.
