10 Wrestlers You Had No Idea Wrestled On TNA One Night Only

1. Hardcore Holly

Hardcore Holly? In Impact Wrestling? No, it really happened.

Teaming with James Storm and Magnus - now Nick Aldis - in one of wrestling's oddest trios, the group were tasked with facing Aces & Eights' DOC, Knux, and Wes Brisco in an Elimination Match. Then 50-years-old, the former Hardcore Champion didn't look too bad in the ring, but that was only because Brisco is perhaps one of the worst wrestlers to step foot in an Impact ring. How can you be so bad when you're a member of the legendary Brisco family?

It was a bit of a long slog of a match before Knux, Holly, Brisco, and Magnus were eliminated, all in the space of under a minute. Terrible, terrible booking.

No wonder Hardcore Holly's sole Impact appearance often goes forgotten. He didn't make a single dent in the framework of the match. Instead, he relied on the use of weapons to hide his deteriorating in-ring capabilities.

In a way, it's quite surprising Impact never made use of Holly outside of this One Night Only appearance. He just seems like someone who would have been used far more times throughout the company's tenure, particularly in the early to mid-2010s. If The Nasty Boys could bag a regular spot in 2010, then how couldn't Hardcore Holly?

Now almost 60-years-old, don't count on it happening.
