10 Wrestlers You Won't Believe Beat The Undertaker

9. Mankind (King Of The Ring 1996)

The Undertaker spent the better part of the 1990s tangled in wars with the strangest of the strange in WWE, but Mankind seemed to be a different case altogether. The deranged newcomer attacked the Phenom for no discernible reason to debut, and he continued to torture 'Taker at every opportunity thereafter. When the two first met at King of the Ring 1996, Undertaker didn't get revenge -- the two had a brutal, protracted brawl that saw Mankind win when his Mandible Claw hold knocked The Undertaker out cold. It was one of Undertaker's very few losses back in that era, and it showed the world that Mankind was more than just another lamb being led to his slaughter. Adding insult to injury: a rematch was set for SummerSlam in the first-ever Boiler Room Brawl. Both Superstars would start the battle in the boiler room, and the first man to reach the ring and claim the urn from Paul Bearer would be declared the winner. Again, Mankind gave The Undertaker the kind of fight he wasn't used to having, but surely this time, the Phenom would reign supreme. http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x5yu1e_king-of-the-ring-undertaker-vs-mank_sport When both men made it out to the ring, though, the unthinkable happened -- Undertaker managed to subdue Mankind temporarily, he reached for the urn... and Paul Bearer struck him with it! Their six-year-long alliance shattered as Bearer gave the urn to Mankind, giving The Undertaker's archenemy his second straight victory.
