1. How Did Triple H React To The Cody Rhodes Throne Smash When It Happened
The powerful visual of Cody Rhodes destroying a throne (with a sledgehammer, of course) just like the one a certain Game would typically sit on left many wondering whether the AEW EVP and Triple H would be on good terms when the former finally returned to WWE.
As the last few years have shown, the two are more than fine, working together to create magic on-screen and millions of dollars off it.
Still, in the moment, surely the current head of creative had some sort of reaction to Cody's Double or Nothing 2019 shot at The King of Kings. And react he did, but perhaps not in the way you would expect.
Speaking five years after that throne smashing, Triple H told Allan & Carly that he laughed about the entrance at the time, and even went as far as to admit that he'd have probably done the same thing if he were in Rhodes' position.
Trips evidently saw the funny side of Rhodes' cheeky dig at his eventual boss back then, but it's not clear what his response to that golden shovel moment was...
