The thought of Daniel Bryan wrestling in 2018 is a nice one, but it's always going to be something that's unlikely to happen under the WWE banner. Bryan told Busted Open Radio this week that he believes he has an 85% chance of wrestling again. At the same time, the SmackDown GM theorises that he has only a 20% chance of doing so in WWE.

Bryan also revealed that he wrestled a grand total of 227 matches for the company in 2013 and would be unwilling to repeat a schedule like that even if he was healthy. The major battle Daniel will have going forward is convincing WWE that he's able to wrestle just one. Despite being in good health now, that remains unlikely.

There is hope however. Bryan told the radio show that he's progressing nicely, and said tests reveal he's in better shape than the average person who has never even had a concussion. The never-ending push to see Daniel wrestle again continues.
