The intent of this entry is not to ridicule Yokozuna or the recently-deceased Vader for their respective lifestyles. They were entitled to them and were always top class performers. Besides, there's something endearing about one story Jim Ross told to Post Wrestling this week about their eating habits.

Sent to a weight loss clinic by the WWF in the late-90s, Yoko and Vader weren't exactly thrilled by their new abode at Duke University in North Carolina. They decided to do something about it, and Ross only found out when the clinic sent him weekly reports on their behaviour.

At night, Yokozuna and Big Van Vader would sneak out of the facility, shoot to the nearest restaurant and buy as much chicken as they could.

Workers at Duke University had become concerned when they found out that both were actually gaining weight, not losing it. That's when they figured out the team's scheme and busted them. God loves a trier, and it's not like anybody was going to physically stop them.
