10. ROH Told Tommaso Ciampa He Was Worthless

Pardon the language, but this must be said. What the f*ck was Joe Koff thinking?

Ring Of Honor's Chief Operating Officer told none other than super-heel Tommaso Ciampa that no promotion would offer him more than $20,000 per year. Think about that for a second, because it's seriously insulting to someone with Ciampa's range of skills. Coff might as well have spat in Tommaso's face.

Ciampa was so incensed by the cutting remark that he decided right there and then he'd rather leave ROH and prove Coff wrong. On Lilian Garcia's podcast, Tommaso said he knew his time was up in the company when one of the power figures effectively told him he was worth next-to-nothing.

Coff would eat his words when Ciampa went on to huge success in NXT. He's the kind of star that Ring Of Honor could be doing with now, and he's managed to prove that ol' Joe was talking a load of nonsense. His 237-day reign as NXT Champ speaks for itself.
