Jerry Lynn never really made it to the top in the WWF/WWE. His most famous stint with the company was actually in 2001, Lynn quickly became WWF Light-Heavyweight Champion upon signing. That was as good as it got for the former ECW Champ.

Speaking to Sean Waltman on the 1, 2, 360 podcast, Lynn openly discussed his first experience in a WWF locker room. Occurring back in 1989, Jerry was hired on by management as enhancement talent, losing to the likes of Rick Martel and The Big Boss Man. It was during this period that Lynn stumbled in on quite the odd visual.

Entering a room, he watched in awe as The One Man Gang (wearing a Mickey Mouse t-shirt) giggled as he played with a yo-yo. Meanwhile, both Rick Rude and Mr. Perfect stood by, patiently waiting for their turn with the toy.

At that moment, the thought flashed through Lynn's head that fans would love to see that kind of thing. It was quite the introduction to life in the WWF, a promotion Jerry admits he had no chance of succeeding in during the late-1980's.
