Someone must have spiked Eric Bischoff's coffee on this week's '83 Weeks' podcast. The ex-WCW chief was in a mood to fire off bombs on everyone he's not personally fond of, and former Four Horsemen member J.J Dillon got the worst of it by far.

According to Bisch, he was little more than a "potted plant" when he worked in Atlanta.

Eric said he hired Dillon on the recommendation of Kevin Nash and because he felt sorry for his situation; J.J's financials weren't in the best state, and he had a young family he was trying to take care of. That tugged at Bischoff's heart strings enough that he brought Dillon in, but (as he'd later find out) it ended up being a mistake.

Bischoff doesn't think J.J added anything of value to the company either backstage or in front of the cameras as Commissioner. Although he's hinted at that before in his book, this "potted plant" stuff is new.
