10 Wrestling Facts We Didn't Know Last Week (Jan 8)
7. Vince McMahon Still Works Out 7 Days Per Week
It's well known that Vince McMahon is a fitness freak. Even into his 70's, McMahon still regularly works out. This stuns a lot of people, who don't understand where the man finds time to sleep in amongst his relentless WWE work and fitness schedule. According to many who have worked with him, Vince rarely sleeps, at least not for long. Conducting a fresh interview with Muscle & Fitness, Vince once again talked about his passion for weightlifting and general fitness. That's old news, but it was stunning to learn that McMahon hits the gym 7 days per week, meaning he doesn't take any rest days. Further to that, he also regularly works out twice a day. It's insane to think that McMahon still has the energy to do what he does. It'd be logical to think that he would slow down into his old age, but that doesn't seem to be the case. When pressed on his eye-opening schedule, Vince simply offered that he's extremely passionate and loves to keep going.
