Needless to say, Jim Ross still has a lot to offer the world of professional wrestling. What capacity that takes remains to be seen, as it's quite clear that WWE wanted to put the man out to pasture as a play-by-play announcer for years, and they now have their wish. Nonetheless, the WWE Hall Of Famer has vast knowledge, so when he talks, people tend to listen.

This week, Ross blogged that he was thrilled to see Cesaro face John Cena once again, but now feels the time is right to pull the trigger on the Swiss muscleman, pushing him up the card to face the likes of Cena and his main event pals more regularly. However, let's not forget the words of Vince McMahon during his sit-down interview with Steve Austin, singling out Cesaro as someone who needed to more in order to receive a push.

This is something JR isn't all that comfortable with, because he says Cesaro is ready now, and could do special things if he was allowed time to create a bout opposite someone like Brock Lesnar. Being honest, there are few grappling fans who will disagree with the man's words.
