Anyone who enjoys seeing hard work rewarded in pro wrestling should be delighted that AJ Styles will roll into WrestleMania 34 as the WWE Champion. Since joining the company in 2016, Styles has consistently proven that he belongs at a top level, and he's even able to enjoy the experience with his friends.

Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson may not have seen the same kind of success as Styles, or from their own time in New Japan, but they're still in a featured spot alongside fellow ex-Bullet Club member Finn Bálor. Had it not been for AJ's suggestion though, the "Good Brothers" might not even be in WWE at all.

Find out why in this week's article, and learn what secret Styles kept from his buddies to spare their feelings.

That fact is joined by others about Braun Strowman, Dusty Rhodes, Ronda Rousey, Brock Lesnar and Vader. Further, there's an amazing story about Big Show's run in WCW as The Giant. You won't believe who it was that influenced Kevin Sullivan's booking.

How about this for an opening entry?

During an interview with Men's Health this week, AJ Styles revealed that his butt is a constant source of irritation, whether he's working out in the gym or wrestling inside a WWE ring. No, AJ doesn't have an embarrassing internal problem, but he does have to be mindful to "stretch out his butt" before doing any exercise.

Hey, those were the WWE Champ's words, not ours, and AJ followed up on them by admitting that his glutes regularly tighten up if he hasn't stretched them out properly. Once that happens, it puts strain on his hamstrings and lower back, meaning Styles finds it painful to perform moves like the Phenomenal Forearm. As funny an injury as it seems, AJ is mindful of his age (40 years old) and says he has to focus on ensuring his butt is limber.

There's a sentence this writer never thought he'd come out with when reporting on facts we didn't know last week.
