The Undertaker doesn't do many out-of-character interviews, but maybe he'll look to do a few more now he's closer than ever to officially calling it a day in-ring. His latest slice of insight came by way of an hour-long chat with Pastor Ed Young. There, 'Taker told how he once spent weeks fretting about how he'd be used in the WWF.

He thought he might be The Gobbledy Gooker.

Oh yes, even the mighty 'Deadman' chewed his fingernails before debuting in the company. He'd already burned his bridges in WCW and left without first securing a WWF contract, and now he was concerned about what Vince McMahon had in mind. When a giant egg started showing up on TV, 'Taker worried he might become "The Eggman".

His worry stemmed from a prior meeting with McMahon. The boss had said he didn't have any creative plans for the big redhead just yet, and so he'd have to sit at home whilst they came up with ideas. That's when 'Taker clapped eyes on the egg and thought he was doomed.
