WWE published the corporate salaries for executive management as part of their stockholders meeting reports this week. Though the wages included didn't always seem to separate payments for on-camera appearances and backstage work, the results were still rather special.

The most significant thing spotted was that Vince McMahon, who was paid $1.4 million in 2017, earned less than the $2.2 million paid to his daughter Stephanie. That's also a lower figure than the $1.5 million Triple H earned exclusively for his work as a performer; off-screen, he earned $650,000 on top of that.

Don't feel too sorry for Vince though. He's still a millionaire, but it's surprising to see he awarded himself a lower base salary than both Stephanie and Triple H. Although McMahon's on-screen earnings weren't published, he didn't make as many appearances last year as Steph, Triple H or even Shane McMahon on TV.

Fascinating.
