When Vince McMahon isn't shaking his butt to new WWE entrance themes, it appears he's at home giving pep talks in elevators. Former ring announcer Justin Roberts told Wrestling Inc this week that he once shared a lift with McMahon, John Cena, Shelton Benjamin and a few others.

Although there wasn't much room to move due to the sheer mass of humanity crammed inside the elevator, Roberts claimed McMahon still found a way to make the time mean something. His passionate words were brought on by one of the guys (Roberts forgets who) thanking Vince for the opportunity to work in WWE.

Spinning around quickly, the boss thanked everyone in the lift and reminded them that they were the future of his company. Roberts noted the look on John Cena's face, saying during the interview that McMahon's words clearly had a huge effect on Cena and motivated him beyond belief.
