Corey Graves' 'After The Bell' podcast is a mixed bag of kayfabe wandering and realistic cuts. Some guests, like Bayley, have been wet blankets, whereas others are a bit more entertaining. Randy Orton, typically, was one of the best to date, and he shared some nice info on lessons learned over nearly 20 years of active wrestling.

He might not have been able to see John Cena, but he could hear him.

Orton says he learned a crucial lesson when working with Cena that's stuck with him ever since. In between saying that working with Shawn Michaels, Triple H, Ric Flair and Rey Mysterio was an obvious learning experience for him, Randy said that John was the first to tell him to "slow down".

Cena would regularly remind Orton to take it easy, leave gaps between major spots and listen to the live crowd. Before then, he'd been more gung-ho and raced through matches at a million miles per hour. It was JC who changed that and encouraged Randy to take a breath.
