8. Edge Thought Stephen Amell Rocked SummerSlam

'Stone Cold' Steve Austin a few other veterans don't agree, but Adam 'Edge' Copeland feels Stephen Amell did very well for himself at SummerSlam. Teaming with the high-flying Neville, the actor faced the team of Stardust and 'King' Barrett on the Pay-Per-View. Fan response was largely positive, especially when people witnessed how hard the star of 'Arrow' worked. For the likes of Austin, it was foolish to have an actor look so competitive against trained pro wrestlers. Such an old-school mindset is entirely understandable, but Edge doesn't agree with the sentiment. By contrast, the former WWE Champion feels that Amell deserves credit for how seriously he approached the match. Whenever actors become involved in wrestling matches, it's easy for announcers to get excited when they perform even the most basic of moves. That was the case at SummerSlam, but Stephen Amell did train hard in the build-up to his bout. Much like Edge, he's a lifelong pro wrestling enthusiast. Also similarly to his supporter, Amell attended WrestleMania VI as a kid.
