Nobody who witnessed it will ever forget Booker T's unfortunate use of the 'N' word during a backstage interview in WCW. Using the racial slur to describe Hulk Hogan, Booker then quickly realised his botch and was visibly annoyed at himself. Meanwhile, Sister Sherri looked amused by the comment and Stevie Ray no sold it.

Ray didn't do so because he was being professional though. No, he just wasn't really listening to what his brother was saying. On the Two Man Power Trip Of Wrestling show, the former 10-time WCW Tag-Team Champion said he was thinking of his own lines for the promo, so he didn't notice Booker's mistake at the time.

That explains why Ray managed to maintain his poker face even when those around him were falling apart. It wasn't until years later when he saw the clip on YouTube that Ray found it funny. Credit must go to 'Mean' Gene Okerlund too, because the savvy backstage announcer quickly moved on and started talking to Stevie.
