It's just over 20 years since The Undertaker looked down on a battered, broken Mick Foley and wondered if his friend might be dead.

Since that fateful night at the 1998 King Of The Ring, WWE have produced endless video packages and shown countless highlight reels spotlighting Foley's reckless, career-altering bumps. His fall from atop Hell In A Cell through the ringside announce table has become arguably the most famous, but it was a Chokeslam through the cage that Mick counts as the most painful.
