If you're looking for unexpected wrestling occurrences in 2018, try this on for size: WWE are producing a documentary about Paige's in-ring retirement and real-life personal struggles, and they'll openly discuss her sex tape on the show. The Brit's drug tests failures will also be examined.

Paige had a quick chat with The Daily Star this week, and told how she'd been an open book during filming for the doc. Then, she opened up further to reveal that Edge was one of the most important influences on her decision to step away from active wrestling shortly after WrestleMania 34.

His calming talks reassured Paige that she was doing the right thing.

The legend, who had been forced to retire himself in 2011, soothed Paige's worries by telling her she'd come to feel so much better after giving her tear-filled retirement speech on Raw. To him, it was a cathartic experience she had to face, and it turns out he was right.
