4. WWE Goes Viral!

Not in the good way, of course!

WWE remains the largely irrelevant, oxymoronically niche giant that it has existed as for most of the 21st century. The prevailing, suboptimal fact is that wrestlers are generally over to a higher level in the companies they worked before going to WWE. Ricochet, Tommy End, Cesaro, several others: all drew louder reactions in smaller buildings. The top stars become household names when they walk out of the door: John Cena, Batista...

But WWE, beyond the RKO Outta Nowhere quasi-craze on Vine, did go viral once: when, on season 3 of NXT, the arena's PA system communicated that the arena had effectively updated its antivirus software.

As Nikki Bella trash-talked AJ Lee and made the cover - in literal dog whistle sexism, Michael Cole said she was "barking" at her opponent - the Avast software updated itself.

In more direct sexism, Cole then said, as he was wont to do on a show that literally sent him to sleep, "Well, the PA system in the Manchester Evening News Arena just went off, so we're not the only ones bored of this. Even the PA announcer is."

Cole then hoped aloud that the fire alarm would follow and allow him to leave the building.

"That'll be the day. I've got to watch these bloody women instead."
