10 Wrestling Matches That Ruled With Builds That Sucked
4. Brock Lesnar Vs Roman Reigns (WWE WrestleMania 31)
Perhaps the tug-o-war on the WrestleMania 31 go-home show might have been more interesting if Brock Lesnar had ripped Roman Reigns' arm out of his socket while trying to reclaim his title?
It's certainly what he looked set to do when the pair collided at the 'Show Of Shows'.
Having been booked as 'The Big Dog' at everybody's expense for the prior year, Reigns' subsequent beating at the hands of 'The Beast' was so cathartic that the whole contest played out as one long, fantastic plan.
Surviving the onslaught with a smile was fairly in keeping with the smugness many fans had transposed onto the former Shield man, encouraging the crowd to cheer vociferously for yet more violence. The late inclusion of Seth Rollins was irresistibly good booking too - the live crowd at long last had somebody to root for between the two, resulting in having their bloodlust and WrestleMania Moment™ expectations met in the most grandiose manner imaginable.
