Coming into what was being touted as The Nature Boy's "Last Match", very few were confident about the idea of a 73 year-old Ric Flair throwing down under the bright lights at the most recent Starrcast weekend.

Despite surprising with his ability to just about hold his own with training partner and eventual final bout rival Jay Lethal online, it quickly became clear that Flair should've been absolutely nowhere near a squared-circle on the night itself.

Hobbling down the ramp during the highly controversial figure's entrance and looking deeply uncomfortable from there on out, Flair's comments of having a nagging foot injury coming into the contest clearly did him no favours when teaming with son-in-law Andrade El Idolo against Lethal and Jeff Jarrett.

Then, in the wake of being busted open, Flair found himself struggling to stay on his feet in the closing stages, with the former WCW and WWE star even being spotted telling Andrade "I passed out" once he'd slumped to a Figure-Four victory.

With Flair also noting in his post-match promo that he didn't remember half of what had just went down, it's evident Naitch's disturbing last stand shouldn't have been given the green light in the first place.
