9. A Bear Hug Followed By A Triangle Choke (Black Panther)
Black Panther's ceremonial fights were about as close as the MCU has come to a straight-up, one-on-one wrestling bout. Unless you count Peter Parker vs Bonesaw from Spider-Man as part of the MCU, which is an option now. These encounters pitted two challengers together in a test of strength, and both of them showed off some inspiration from the squared circle.
The first of these fights (don't worry, the second one comes later) saw T'Challa challenging the fearsome M'Baku. This challenger easily lived up to his reputation, as he almost ended the match by chucking the King of Wakanda into a nasty looking bear hug - a real old school one there.
Thankfully, the legendary hero fought back and tapped his opponent out with an impressive triangle choke. Those things hurt even when they're inside a ring, so hanging over the edge of a waterfall must have been something else entirely.
In the end, this one was basically a submission match.
