Okay, so it doesn't have the same ring as "lions, tigers and bears" but for WWE Creative in charge of Monday Night Raw during the fall of 2002, it was music to their ears. Kane had returned from a major injury and was as popular as ever. Thrown into a feud with Triple H over the World Heavyweight and Intercontinental Championships, it was decided that a title-centered story was not good enough. Instead, the feud needed a back story that could drum up interest for the impending championship clash. Enter Katie Vick. So in love with her was Kane that he opted to have sex with the lifeless body of his significant other, a development that proved way too much for fans of wrestling. The story was so jaw-droppingly bad that some questioned whether Vince Russo had secretly re-signed with WWE and was crafting its top angle. As it turned out, the rocket scientists already employed by the company were guilty, as was Vince McMahon, who admitted in the 2006 documentary DVD "McMahon" that he found the story hilarious. And therein lies the problem.
