4. He Put A Spell On You... - 1992
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J6YKICReUCY The rivalry between The Ultimate Warrior and Papa Shango in 1992 was as bad as any in the history of WWE, thanks in large part to the ludicrous, absurd, ridiculous and idiotic nature of it. Shango, an evil voodoo doctor, cast a spell on Warrior that had him oozing black slime and puking green pea soup on any and all around him. It was awful and turned professional wrestling into some Z-level horror flick that even the most passionate movie fans would have left on the shelf. The look of disgust on "Mean" Gene Okerlund's face as he watched Warrior sell the slime pouring down his face, then have to repeat the same sell job a week later when he fell victim to Shango's curse, was disheartening. Vince McMahon fashions his product as a real life cartoon but the Shango-Warrior fiasco took that sentiment to a far too outrageous level. That the matches between them were as bad as they were only enhanced the hatred for the overall feud. Just awful beyond words. Unfortunately, the sucktitude only intensifies from here...
