Sometimes a picture is worth 1,000 words. Sometimes those words include 1,000 words that Vince McMahon likely wishes he never EVER thought ever deserved to be said. Outside of the aforementioned Jeff Hardy, there aren't many other performers whose personas are deeply connected with absolutely arrest-able drug culture as "4:20"-friendly Rob Van Dam. Thus, the idea of making Rob Van Dam the WWE World Champion AND ECW Heavyweight Champion at the same time? Well, maybe not the best idea. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zgxy493QArw Van Dam won the WWE World Championship on May 29, 2006 at the One Night Stand Pay-Per-View, after cashing in his Money In The Bank briefcase for the title match. By May 31, Van Dam was awarded the reinstated ECW Championship by Paul Heyman. However, two days later on July 2nd, Sabu and double-WORLD champion Van Dam were arrested on U.S. Route 52 in Hanging Rock, Ohio. Van Dam was arrested for driving under the influence of marijuana, while also in possession of 18 grams of marijuana and five Vicodin pills. As well, Sabu was arrested for being in possession of drug paraphernalia and nine tablets of Testolactone (a pill that, for pro wrestlers, reduces the appearance of "breast-type" swelling due to anabolic steroid use). On the subsequent Monday's taping of Raw, Van Dam dropped WWE Championship to Edge in a three-way dance with John Cena, and as well the next night, dropped the ECW Championship to The Big Show. Possibly the worst timing for an arrest ever, it's quite clear why Van Dam tops this list.
