4. Women's Tag Team Division

Kacy Catanzaro and Kayden Carter, Toxic Attraction, Indi Hartwell and Persia Pirotta, and Nikki A.S.H. and Rhea Ripley. Looking at the WWE, NXT and NXT UK rosters, this writer recognises just four identifiable women's tag teams, and even that feels generous.

The women's tag team division in WWE is in a shambolic state right now, especially considering they have two Women's Tag Team Championships in operation. Things have progressively gotten worse as the months pass with WWE ignoring/breaking up/releasing defined tag teams such as The IIconics, The Kabuki Warriors, The Riott Squad, Fire and Desire, etc. in favour of cobbled-together acts such as Asuka and Charlotte Flair, Baszler and Jax, and current Champs, Carmella and Queen Zelina.

Returning to Impact again, and their women's tag division is thriving.

Recent additions The IInspiration (formerly The IIconics) head a division that over the past 12 months has consisted of Decay, Fire 'N Flava, Influence, Jordynne Grace and Rachael Ellering, and even crossed over to GCW, when Fire 'N Flava's Kiera Hogan and Tasha Steelz battled Thick And Juicy 2.0: Brooke Valentine and Willow Nightingale at GCW For the Culture.

Another special mention to Japan for Stardom and their NJPW-esque stable warfare, highlighted this year by Donna del Mondo's championship domination, and Oedo Tai's dark resurrection under Natsuko Tora.
