The next week on Raw, Bray comes out and cuts a promo about Sting being back but too scared to come and face him. He says he will still destroy the scorpion. After his promo, he has a match, leaving Sting's bat at ringside. During the match, Sting descends from the rafters (to a huge pop from the crowd) and takes back his bat. He points it at Bray in the ring. Bray is distracted and subsequently pinned, costing him the match. Triple H rushes to the stage and sends security to the ring. As they close in on Sting, he ascends and disappears into the rafters. Once again, Bray is left standing in the ring, laughing maniacally, while an irate Triple H yells at security.
