4. The 2022 Royal Rumble
The 2022 Royal Rumble should be an important moment for the RETRIBUTION members in that we'll be reminded during the men's Rumble of the group's very existence.
No-one gives a hoot about RETRIBUTION by this point because, ideally, each of the members will have been built up superbly. That comes to fruition quite clearly in the men's Royal Rumble Match especially, with Mia Yim also having a strong performance in the women's iteration of the match in the same night.
Mustafa Ali should enter the match from number one or two, it doesn't really matter too much, and go on to last till at least the final ten. That in itself will do wonders for Ali heading into WrestleMania 38 season. As for Dio Maddin, he'll have already proven himself as the Shawn Michaels of his and Shane Thorne's pairing, going on an absolute tear in this match by eliminating a minimum of eight other entrants.
The most pivotal RETRIBUTION-related angle in the match relates to a tease between Keith Lee and Dominik Dijakovic. Through all their faults, WWE are fairly good at giving us a tease of potential WrestleMania showdowns within the Royal Rumble Matches. Lee vs. Dijakovic isn't just another tease, though.
