10 WWE ECW Stars You Totally Don't Remember

6. Marcus Cor Von

Marcus Cor Von - known by non-WWE fans as Monty Brown - perhaps holds the dubious distinction of being the least recognisable member of the ECW New Breed.

The rest of his stable-mates either enjoyed WWE success after the break-up (CM Punk, Matt Striker), found fame in TNA (Elijah Burke), or else are just simply known for two failed attempts to become a discount version of The Undertaker (Kevin "Mordecai" Thorn).

What's interesting about that is that, with the obvious exception of Punk - who wasn't really a proper member anyway - Cor Von was regarded by many as having the most potential of the group, getting occasionally likened to some of those great power wrestlers of eras past.

But, apart from a good physique, there was little that set him apart from the rest of the roster, and after the New Breed storyline ran its course, he found it difficult to find his own two feet.

Sure enough, he departed the company - and then wrestling altogether - at the end of 2007.
