10 WWE Elimination Chamber 2018 Impulse Reactions

9. Bad Blood

While it may to too early to call Sasha Banks mercilessly booting Bayley from atop an Elimination Chamber pod a full on heel turn, 'The Boss' is definitely heading down that route, and we couldn't be more thrilled.

Their explosion was the bout's centrepiece. Neither won, but this is a bigger story than Alexa Bliss' triumph, and while it didn't dominate the match, it was prevalent throughout the second half. Banks' first strike was callous. Bayley, to her credit, responded like a house of fire, brawling all over the ring with Sasha, though they eventually reunited to battle Bliss. It broke down again, as Bayley's belly-to-belly suplex on Banks led to her unfortunate elimination, but WWE now have plenty to work with heading into tonight's Monday Night Raw.

This has been a long time coming, and fans have every right to be excited by it. The duo's NXT feud achieved transcendent status a few years ago, and their TakeOver: Brooklyn bout compares favourably with anything WWE have produced throughout the past decade. Even if they can only recapture a shred of that inspiration, we're looking at a potential WrestleMania classic, and a 'Feud of the Year' contender.
