10 WWE Employees That Are In The Wrong Job

9. William Regal Should Be A Trainer

In addition to being the on-screen authority figure for NXT, William Regal is currently listed as a "talent scout" for WWE. He has traveled around the world, attending independent wrestling shows, watching matches and looking for people who the company might want to attend future tryouts. It's a good gig for him, as he has been around long enough to know what WWE management is looking for in a wrestler, both male and female. However, if there is one thing Regal is known for, that is being one of the all-time greatest technical wrestlers that the industry has ever seen. To say that the younger wrestlers on the roster could benefit from some of his training would be a severe understatement. His style is so different than just about anything you currently see on WWE programming, and even with fellow Brit, Robbie Brookside, as a trainer for the company, his insight would be invaluable for the "rookies" coming in. As a benefit, he could still retain his role as a talent scout, heading to the occasional shows during the weekends, even further trying to build for the future of the promotion, all while contributing to training during the week. It's a move that just makes sense.
