Not drawing attention to the size of his posterior was something WWE's production team could have taught the unfortunately positioned Big Cass... but for some reason, they elected not to.

Colin continued to undermine himself right up until his chirpy final appearance at Money in the Bank 2018, after which his not especially big ass was booted out the door.
