Michaels went over in one hell of a match at SummerSlam, but the current Authority leader would leave the ring with the most sadistic smirks on his face after pelting the Hall Of Famer with his sledgehammer right in the small of his back. The ensuing 'Best Friends, Bitter Enemies' rivalry that would take place over the next two years would prove to be utterly sensational and up there with the best wrestling angles of all time.
