As the former World Heavyweight Champion and the face of WCW, Goldberg is very much deserving of a Mattel action figure.

Since its resurrection in 2014, the Defining Moments series has often been used as a place for debuting action figures that have been highly awaited since Mattel acquired the WWE license in 2010. It's the series that first saw Ric Flair, Hulk Hogan, Sting and Razor Ramon released in the Mattel line and with great success.

Goldberg would be a perfect fit for this line and it would help in completing the legends of WCW from the Monday Night Wars. Considering the release of multiple different figures representing Diamond Dallas Page, The Giant and even Dean Malenko, an action figure of the man famous for "The Streak" well before The Undertaker is long past due.

There's still a number of WCW superstars that have yet to be produced as action figures by Mattel, but none of them were anywhere near as big a superstar as Goldberg.
