It was one of the most ridiculous matches ever because of the work of the guys, which was underwhelming, and because of the crowd, who had no problem telling them exactly how they felt. That's what happens when WWE does a show at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City. Those fans are as vocal as any grou pof fans in the world. From the moment the match started, fans chanted for RVD, they booed both guys when they were introduced, they chanted "you both suck" at them, they started a "same old s**t" chant, then "change the channel" became their chant of choice and it was as if what they were doing didn't matter at all. A "boring" chant was also part of the match too. It was pretty obvious that Batista and Big Show really weren't fans of the chants, which is understandable.
