10 WWE Moments So Awful That They Made You Stop Watching Wrestling (Until You Started Again...)

9. Ten Seconds

A recent but no less painful entry, Rusev's demolition by Randy Orton felt like a continuation of a systematic burial of the 'Bulgarian Brute' before he's eventually released or elects to walk of his own volition.

Whilst WWE were kind enough to spare audiences a lengthy Randy Orton match midway through the unnecessarily long SummerSlam supercard, the time cut at Rusev's expense was cynical and damaging.

With a split-second RKO after he'd taken a pre-match thrashing from Rusev, 'The Viper' dropped the former United States Champion in just ten seconds, in something WWE probably assumed wouldn't harm the loser in the slightest. This couldn't be further from the truth.

Rather than remotely caring for a beatdown that occurred before the contest had even begun, fans will only reminisce on the time the 'Apex Predator' won his blockbuster SummerSlam clash in less time than it usually takes him to pose in the build-up to the move.

Though Rusev isn't literally out of the company by press time, it's not hard after showcases such as this to understand why his head might already be long gone.
