One of the more memorable cash-ins had to come in 2010 at the first Money in the Bank PPV, when Kane won the Smackdown briefcase for a World Heavyweight Championship match.

The Big Red Machine was getting a resurgent push as a top heel, so it promised to be interesting to see how he would torment the world champion before cashing in. It turns out fans didn’t have to wait long. About an hour later, World Heavyweight Champion Rey Mysterio fended off a challenge from Jack Swagger that left him hobbled. Kane’s pyro hit and he stalked to the ring, promptly cashing in and quickly defeating Mysterio for the WHC.

Considering that Kane’s other world title reign lasted only one day (back in 1998), this 154-day reign seemed more of a fitting “thank you” for his years of service to WWE.

Six years later, Dean Ambrose would pull off the same stunt, cashing in his MITB contract on the same night he won it, and leaving the PPV with a world title instead of a briefcase.
