Seth Rollins managed to pull off a trifecta of firsts when he cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase at WrestleMania XXXI. Not only did he cash in during a match and did it at WrestleMania, he won by pinning someone other than the champion.

To be fair, since Rollins is the only one to join an in-progress world title match, he’s the only one who has had the opportunity to win by pinning a different opponent. Still, it’s reasonable to have thought at the time that Rollins was only entering the match so Roman Reigns could win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship without Brock Lesnar being pinned.

Rollins of course would go on to hold the world title all the way until November last year, when a freak injury forced him to vacate the title. Now, two full years after initially winning the briefcase, Rollins has a chance to regain the championship he never lost at Money in the Bank on Sunday. Even if he doesn’t win the title back, this should be an excellent match and worth tuning in.
