During her three years in NXT, Fallon Henley has shown a steady progression both in the ring and on the mic, as well as more of a range of characters than most tend to go through, after being just a generic name to a good ol' country girl, having some love/partnership quadrangle melodrama with Kiana James, Brooks Jensen, and Josh Briggs, and now, being the leader of Fatal Influence as a conceited "hot girl heel."

While she's around and in that spot as leader, especially as she holds the NXT Women's North American Championship, it will force Jacy Jayne to stay the second-in-command of the group, and she'll continue to be in the same spot she was in Toxic Attraction. She, too, should be heading toward a call-up, but Henley making the transition first would allow Jayne a chance to possibly hold that midcard title and test what her drawing power is, just as Henley is going through right now.

Henley puts some greener main roster talent like B-Fab and Elektra Lopez to shame, and could work as either a heel or face, depending on how she's needed. That makes her a versatile pick to fill in a much-needed role on either brand's midcard scene at the drop of a hat.
