As the Mighty Don't Kneel, Mikey Nicholls and Shane Haste made themselves one of the most talked-about tag teams on the planet. So, when the duo signed with WWE in 2016 and were assigned to the NXT brand, hope was high that the newly-dubbed TM-61 were to go on and become one of the great modern-day tandems of WWE.

Renamed Nick Miller and Shane Thorne, TM-61 certainly impressed at times during their near-three years in the company - with them putting on a particular barnstormer of a bout against the Authors of Pain at NXT TakeOver: Toronto.

By the end of 2018, Miller had requested and was granted his WWE release in order to spend more time with his family in Australia.

Since then, the talented Aussie has largely kept out of the mainstream spotlight. He did work some NJPW shows across 2019, though he is yet to re-emerge since the global health crisis' onset.

Mikey Nicholls/Nick Miller is a hugely talented wrestler who could and should be featured in a prominent role for a major promotion if and when he chooses to seek out just such a role again.

And to think, Miller's long-time partner Shane Thorne these days has to parade around in a hockey mask under the guise of the god-awful Slapjack moniker.

Once described as the Swiss Army Knife of WhatCulture, Andrew can usually be found writing, editing, or presenting on a wide range of topics.
