From @P_Townnn: Do you believe that Sami Zayn has the potential to be a big star when he comes to Raw? Like big with crowd?
He absolutely has the talent to pull it off. Zayn is one of the best in-ring performers in WWE that has also grown a lot on the microphone in the last year too. Watch his promo from NXT this past week. He really did an awesome job of setting up his NXT Title match against Adrian Neville next week. In terms of his in-ring talent, Zayn is special. He has great matches with everybody. When he really gets a lot of time in the ring he steals the show whether it's against Cesaro, Adrian Neville, Tyson Kidd or Tyler Breeze. Even when he wrestled bigger guys like Titus O'Neil he was able to get good matches out of him too. It's all about perception. When WWE brought up The Shield and Bray Wyatt, they were all positioned as major stars right away. If Zayn gets booked strongly right away then the fans will believe in him because he's such a great all around talent that can make you say "wow" every time he's in the ring. The good thing for him is that he's been booked in major storylines in NXT and he's had a lot of great matches. Triple H basically runs NXT, so he's going to want to make sure Zayn is booked strongly on the main roster too. It can't be like Bo Dallas, who has flopped on the main roster. It needs to be a sustained push. If all goes right, Zayn will be one of WWE's best babyfaces for the next decade. The talent is there. No question about it. He just needs management to truly get behind him and believe in him as much as the fans do.
