I think it would work. Heyman adds credibility to whoever he is paired with, so if it was a woman then that would work for me. The name that immediately came to mind is Charlotte. The reason I pick her is because she's been very impressive working in NXT and looks like a natural in the ring. With Heyman out there doing promos on her behalf she could be pushed into the Divas Title picture right away. The only thing that hurts the idea is that her father Ric Flair may manage her. Other divas on the main roster wouldn't work as well because they're damaged goods. Too many losses or being booked in ways that aren't special. While it's something that I would support, it seems like WWE would be against it. After all, they took Heyman away from Cesaro just because Brock Lesnar came back. If they're not going to associate Heyman with a male performer while Lesnar is around then it's unrealistic to expect them to have Heyman managing (or advocating) a woman.
