5. Poor WWE Angles In Last Five Years?

From @dridgeo11: What WWE storyline do you feel like they dropped the ball on the most in the last five years? I think CM Punk walk out with WWE Title.

You got it right by mentioning the CM Punk storyline. They had a chance to do something special with a story that felt more real than anything WWE could do and they failed to make it worthwhile. It was dumb to have Punk return so soon although WWE's reasoning is they needed a main event for SummerSlam and that story fit. Still, it could have been better. The other angle that really comes to mind is The Nexus, which happened five years ago in the summer. It was such a dumb thing to have them lose to Cena's team at SummerSlam and we know from Edge and Jericho that Cena played a part in changing that finish. They could have done a lot more with The Nexus. A recent terrible storyline was The Authority being stripped of their power, then only being gone for about a month before coming back. Just felt like no long term planning with that one.
