They're not done firing guys, but they are definitely at a point where they are cutting back on how often they do that sort of thing. Since they are such a huge company with well over 100 wrestlers employed and hundreds of other staffers, they probably don't care about keeping people around. What WWE is more likely to do is letting contracts expire and then choosing not to offer the wrestler a new deal. That way they don't look as bad while the wrester can have a better understanding of why they were let go. There will still be situations where people are fired if they do something wrong or there are reasons to justify it. In general, though, they do appear to be firing people less often.
